Returns & Refunds

Customers have 7 days after delivery to initiate a return – please review the eligibility criteria below to see if your item qualifies.

If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or replacement. To qualify, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@belovdco.com.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible for Returns & Refunds:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Non-custom items in unused and original condition

Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Returns based on buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind)

We reserve the right to decline any refund or return that does not meet the above criteria.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that sometimes things change! That’s why we offer a 4-hour grace period after purchase to make any changes or cancel your order.


CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY:

🔹 4-Hour Grace Period:

  • You have 4 hours from the time of purchase to request changes or cancellations.

🔹 Unfulfilled Orders:

  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation even after the 4-hour window.

🔹 Engraving Requests:

  • We will do our best to accommodate engraving changes, but requests made after 4 hours are not guaranteed.

🔹 Fulfilled Orders:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
